Our consulting services include the assignment of a dedicated Performance Manager who will provide regular oversight and support. You can expect a minimum of one meeting per week to discuss progress and strategy.

Our Performance Managers are trained in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), creative strategy, and LTV Optimization, enabling them to offer valuable insights and guidance across these three disciplines in addition to managing your advertising campaigns. This comprehensive approach ensures that we are not only driving ads but also enhancing your overall e-commerce performance.

Yes, planning for creatives is essential, especially for social ads on platforms like Meta and TikTok. To maximize your chances of success, we recommend allocating resources for production, including static images, videos, and user-generated content (UGC).

Alternatively, you can utilize our creative services to help elevate your campaigns. If you choose to keep creative production in-house, our Performance Managers are available to guide your teams on the types of content to produce and how frequently to create it for optimal results.

1. 60-Day Trial Period: Enjoy our services with no commitment for the first 60 days. If you are not satisfied with our services, you have the option to discontinue without any obligation.
2. 45-Day Notice: If you wish to cancel our services after the trial period, a 45-day notice is required.
3. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be considered in cases of shortcomings in the execution of our services.
4. Exclusions: No refunds will be granted if the client has not followed our recommendations or has changed goals without prior consultation.
